Don Salvador Alicante Spain 2004

Winemaker's Notes:

Intense dark cherry colored, this wine smells of ripe black fruit, including prune, sappy rosemary tones, minerals. it is medium full body on the palate, with dark fruit , minerals, and roasted herbs flavors, soft textured, and a nice refreshing finish. A great everyday drinking wine.

Made from 100% Monastrell grapes grown in the south-central coast of Spain. Old vines, dry farming, stony soil, traditional fermentation with no filtration and natural decanting create a wine with ripe fruit, intense cherry, and toast with an appealing mineral note on the finish. kybecca.com
