- It's good; I had it with a spicy bolognese sauce over pasta. The berries are deep and dark and stood up proud to the chili flakes in the sauce. The alcohol seems high at 14.2%, but is well hidden in the complex fruit. It's dark and near syrupy, and pairs nicely with red meats.
