Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: Rubi colour, clean but powerful taste, reminds of spices and wood. Complex and long taste with a good structure. We recommend to drink it at 16 - 18 °C and open the bottele 20 min before use Percentage Grape: tempranillo Growing Climate: Rainy autums with mild temperaturas and no frost; winters are generally mild, with temperatures above 2° C. Th summer is dry. Harvest is long it starts the 11th of September in the Low Rioja and finished the 7th of November in the High Rioja. Date of Harvest: from the 11th September till 7th of November Type of Harvest: Hand harvested, selected grapes Vinification Method: Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatura between 28-30 °C during 15 days, dailly analysis to preserve vitamins and minerals. Two years in American oak barrel and French oak barrel, changing from one to the other every 6 months, later the wine stays in bottle during 1 year at the winery cellar. 12 months in barrel and 1 year in bottle Alcohol Percentage: 13 %
