Aromas of red raspberry, rose petal, tamarind and notes of cedar unfold from this dazzling ruby hued Pinot. Fresh crushed berries and plum dance across your tongue giving way to a bright finish with notes of black walnut and cherries jubilee. Pair this with Chicken Enchiladas Suiza, tri-mushroom Bordelaise served with rosemary flatbread, chocolate-dipped Madeline's or crepes with chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries.

This is a new brand from veteran Don Sebastiani & Sons, and it’s a a bottle of easy-drinking deliciousness. Mellow and smooth, it shows cherry pie, sandalwood and white pepper flavors.

Winemaker's Notes:

Our 2010 Pinot Noir is mostly comprised of two di erent Sonoma Coast sub-appellations: The Petaluma Gap and Carneros. The wind and the fog are the Petaluma Gap's trademarks. The fruit from this cooler area adds depth and complexity to this medium-bodied Pinot Noir while the Carneros in uence provides eshy fruit notes that linger on the palate. These cooler climates help keep the grape acidity at advantageous levels to balance the wine's smooth, soft tannins.
