Add your reviewBeautiful black fruit and solid structure in this unfiltered, high-altitude grown Mendoza Cabernet. The time maturing in French and American oaks served to contribute some spice and low volume (thank goodness) hints of vanilla. Sophisticated, textbook, highly un-New Worldly style of Cabernet. Susana crafts these young wines consistently well, so I highly recommend any of the Crios wines that you can find, with my favorites being the Torrontes, Syrah-Bonarda and this one.

Der Cabernet Crios zeigt eine schöne purpurrote Farbe, in der Nase dominieren Aromen von schwarzen Beeren und reifen Pflaumen, ebenfalls schmeckbar ist die geröstete Vanille, Pfeffer, und Kakao. Der Wein ist gut strukturierte mit reifen, pfeffrigen Tanninen und einem fruchtbetonten, mittellangen und weichen Abgang.
