Aggressive bitter herb and root notes that recall Cab Franc, earthy, sassafras, really feral on the nose with notes of game, dried flowers, and apricot liqueur

Rich yet fairly soft with medicinal tinged red cherry fruit. There’s a lot of subtle detail here. The fruit is quite intense yet balanced and the herbal, medicinal, cocoa and spice tones are subtle and well integrated. Nice ripe tannins, good integrated acidity, a nice intensity of slightly bitter red cherry on the moderately long finish with a mineral note on the finale.
