- The wine is powerful and rich, characterized by its smoothness, balance, and yellow-straw color. The nose is delicate and aromatic, accented with notes of flowers and pepper. It develops in the mouth softly, without heaviness yet achieves great harmony. Because the grapes are collected when overripe the residual sugars are considerable, although they remain unobtrusive.
