- This says 16 per cent on the label, which will raise all sorts of eyebrows with the authorities, not least those who demand excise duty. Deep copper colour. Broad, smoky nose that is thich and toasty though there is an undertow of acidity. Very full and punchy. Hot finish. A reall challenge for food matching! But no desperately comfortable to drink alone, I would have thought.
