Winemaker's Notes:

Weinbach's wines have a fine and delicate fruitiness described as racy, nervy and dry but at the same time they are mature and long on the palate. Cuvée Théo is lively, it has body and finesse and can be paired with all types of dishes including fish (cooked or raw), shellfish and seafood, and choucroute (a typical Alsacian dish made of cabbage and sausage). Edited from the producer's website.
