Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Winemaker's Notes:

102 grams of residual sugar. 10.7 natural alcohol. a very candied nose, and on the palate, varietal yet not too much so. It doesn’t have the bitterness associated with Gewurztraminer – sweet and candied. Pure almond extract, mango, with vibrant acidity and a sweet and sour creamy finish.
