Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Black tea nose over toasted oak following thru with lots of black tea astrigincy in the mouth the wine is fairly dry and woody ending with flavors of tar, earth, and spice. At $11 its a real steal.

Unlike the ripe, fruit-forward Malbecs of Argentina, French Malbecs are more rustic and earthy in character, with prevailing dark fruit and spice notes. Well-balanced and layered with notes of blackberry and raspberry. A very full body and long, luscious finish. Pair with cheese or gamier meats.

This Malbec-based red from Cahors in southeastern France is a real powerhouse. It starts out with an intense nose of blackberry and plum, followed by a subtle spice from the oak treatment. In the mouth, it is very rich and ripe with blueberry compote and an invigorating minerality. The finish is clean and compact, showing a touch of creaminess.
