Miles better than the Brampton Viognier. This stuff is not too heavy on the fruit, nice acidity, very refreshing. Read more

I haven't thought of the ideal food pairing, but I thoroughly enjoyed this between courses. I was feeling adventurous, so I ordered at a restaurant, but didn't quite work with either dish. Very slightly floral, some minerals and vegetal notes. Light buttery texture. Great on it's own - sommelier suggested trying with sushi.

Winemaker Notes - Sainte Fleur is explosive on the nose with apricot, honeysuckle and honey aromas. It has great power and intensity, combined with a beautiful balance between richness, acidity and minerality. Some of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, while the rest is blocked at an earlier stage to retain its freshness. 100% stainless steel.

A fresh, dry white wine with apricot and peach floral aromas and lovely minerals on the finish. This is a fruit-laden Viognier that you can enjoy tonight.

In the late 1980's Jacques Seysses founder of Domaine Dujac and Aubert de Villaine co-owner of Domaine de la Romanee-Conti started looking for a vineyard in the south of France. They were driven by the conviction that some great wines could be produced in Provence.
