Domaine Taupenot-Merme Bourgogne Passetoutgrains 2011

Member Review by zufrieden:

This Passetoutgrains is fairly typical of such fluff. The nose is a rather clouded, evanescent scent of sour cherry - almost like a sour lolly - with a hint of Choke Cherry jelly. The entry is a bit sour with little fruit - but quite suitable with a ham sandwich. Slightly acerbic on the finish, but this works with cured meats. Purchased on a whim. 83 points.
