Domaine Ste. Michele Blanc de Blanc NV
Domaine Ste. Michelle Blanc de Blancs Columbia Valley Sparkling Wine was absolutely terrible. Undrinkable. I was given a bottle, and so do not know what this usually goes for, but I wouldn't pick this up at any price. Bitter as heck, so badly it couldn't even be drunk when mixed with other things, like Midori or OJ. I forced a little of this down, and even felt sick the next day. Absolutely the worst wine I have ever drunk. Very dry, no flavor apart from bitter and sour.
Good for the price. Very mellow taste. It made me wish I could "taste" more.
Two and a half glasses

Very ripe fruit flavors with a soft fleshy mouth feel and a super clean finish.
Fresh and tangy, with a zing to the unusual apple and tomatillo flavors, playing against lime and a cool hint of espresso. Drink now.
Dry and reserved, this understated bubbly offers crisp apple and pear flavors and a touch of spice. Well balanced, low-key and subtle. It grows on you with each sip. A good value, too.
A wonderfully balanced and tasty sparkler with creamy effervescence; the chardonnay shows through with tropical fruit and hints of apple; a notable value.
Lively and appealing for its citrusy pear and gently toasty flavors, lingering softly. Drink now.
