An excellent single-vineyard white Burgundy from 40 year-old vines. Deeply colored with very concentrated candied fruit flavors.

Very deep golden color. Concentrated nose of blossoms, vanilla and toffee. Full-bodied with excellent structure, grip and concentration. Very attractive flavors of candied fruit (apples and pears). Long finish. Can be cellared for 3 to 4 years, but is excellent now. Ideal with quiche, white meats or served as an aperitif.
