Bright rose petal hue, aromas of dried red fruits; balanced flavor notes of watermelon, strawberries and dried white raspberries carried by good acidity to a moderate finish.

Vintage: 2009 04/16/2010

Beautiful dark salmon color. Tight nose of slightly ripe cheese, wet metal, and a bit of red fruit. In the mouth, watermelon with hints of strawberry, ripe cheese, earth, and mineral. Finishes with mineral and steel and a hint of watermelon. Light to medium body, moderate acid, dry to off-dry, decent balance, good QPR, a nice solid rose for summer sipping at get-togethers. Note seemed to need some air time to develop more intense flavors. Tested at room temperature.
