Nose reminiscent of a pina colada and strong tropical fruit aroma. Very smooth mouth feel that builds in acidity and wonderfully dry. Keeps the tropical fruit profile until the acidity eventually overtakes it - lasting finish. Opens with time.


Winemaker's Notes:

Assyrtiko-Athiri has an aging potential of at least 3 years. The product saw distinction with a gold medal in the 6th Thessalonica international Wine Competition (March 2006) and a gold medal in the 7th Thessalonica international Wine Competition (March 2007).
