The vineyards are managed under the sustained agriculture method (Lutte raisonnée) by Franck with his sister Christine. Grapes : 100% Sauvignon Blanc Region : France / Loire / Sancerre AOC Maker : Franck Laloue Notes : Lovely mineral nose with great depth and complexity while retaining the purity of the appellation and varietal. A true world class Sancerre. Serve : Aperitif, fish, white meat, goats cheese ABV : 13.50% Suitable for Vegetarians
Respect for the environment, vinifying the grapes from each vineyard separately, and just the right amount of ageing all contribute to showcasing the wines’ terroir. Domaine Serge Laloue’s wines express all of the lovely typicity that Sancerre wines are known for. The whites are very lively, the reds are fresh and crisp, and our rosés are simply delectable.
