Product of a great year, this is a beautiful example of a high quality Riesling that is fruity, dry and robust. It will enhance all simply-prepared dishes and fish, as well as meat. It may easily be cellared three to four years, but is enjoyable now. Riesling, a dry yet lively wine with a racy acidity, is considered the noble grape of the Alsatian varietals. It is very different to its German counterpart and to the numerous Rieslings which are now appearing around the world.
