Winemaker's Notes:

ORIGIN: Plots of vines planted exclusively on the Gigondas Commune, in 6 differently named regions(this ensures a large regularity in each vintage). GRAPE VARIETIES: Grenache 80%, Syrah 5%, Mourvèdre 10%, Cinsault 5%. PRODUCTION PROCESS : Harvesting by hand with a strict selection process; the whole harvest ferments for 64 days (no stalk removal). Ageing process: the wine is aged on wood for 12 months: in tuns and casks, then in smaller casks for 3 months. Bottling without filtration. This is a wine variety belonging to the collections of the HAUTES GARRIGUES and the GIGONDAS TRADITION.
