ORIGIN: Plots of vines planted exclusively on the Gigondas Commune, in 6 differently named regions(this ensures a large regularity in each vintage).

GRAPE VARIETIES: Grenache 80%, Syrah 5%,
Mourvèdre 10%, Cinsault 5%.

PRODUCTION PROCESS : Harvesting by hand with
a strict selection process; the whole harvest ferments
for 64 days (no stalk removal).

Ageing process: the wine is aged on wood for 12
months: in tuns and casks, then in smaller casks for 3
