Most excellent Rose with very light red fruit, minerality and some nice crisp citrus. Actually had some sauvignon blanc influence. Sampled this along side of Rochioli Pinot Noir Rose, Scherrer Rose and Les Vignes des Precheurs Tavel. This was on top tied with the Scherrer even though it was the lightest of the bunch.

Winemaker's Notes:

60% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, 20% Grenache. The name says it all--MiP for Made in Provence. Medium-bodied, dry. A very pale, shimmering pink with a nose of citrus and a touch of herb. The palate overflows with raspberry, red currant and orange zest before finishing with plenty of nervy acidity. Pair with any summer fare especially grilled seafood, aioli, cold soups, lightly dressed salads, and with hors d’oeuvres.
