Harvests are all hand-picked. Whole-cluster pressing and strict cut-off points between the heart of the cuvee and the pressed juice, in accordance with the traditional method used in making Crémant. Second fermentation in bottle. Maturation sur-latte for more than 21 months, followed by disgorgement, then 2 months’ rest before shipment. Elegant with a nice Body This wine is apt for every moment, from the aperitif to the end of a meal or even as an accompaniment of an evening. Best to Drink: Serve at 46 F within the next 3 years
