nose: deep red berry and floral (undefined now, but in a few years might mature to blackberry or fig) body: light, high in acid finish: not showing yet; put away for 2-3 years until it's ready overall this wine is well balanced and i'd suggest buying a case now. drink a bottle and make notes. drink another bottle in a year or so, and then in a year after that i have a feeling this beauty will be well balanced and the complexities of the bottle will have mingled and opened up. right now pair with main courses or spicy dishes.

This is a good Burgundy ... the $20 price tag makes it even better! Sight – a bright, ruby red that pinks at the rim Smell – ripe fruits (plum, red cherries), molasses, nutmeg Taste – dry, med-light body, tartness from unripe plums & red cherries, raspberry/rhubarb, some minerality, med tannin, med acid & alcohol, left with a slight tartness on the finish, med complexity. Probably stainless steel. Food – probably salmon with heavy cream

Very light colored. Lots of red fruits with med/high acid. Clean, a little minerality. Drank with venison, but would have been much better off with something lighter. scallops in butter perhaps.
