What to Expect
Aligoté produces a somewhat neutral wine with naturally high acid that spawned the Kir cocktail; A combination of Aligoté and crème de cassis used to balance the acidity. At its best Aligoté is a refreshing, lighter styled white with citrus flavors and a slightly herbal tone.
