Domaine Raymond Usseglio Cuvee Imperiale Chateauneuf du Pape 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

Stéphane Usseglio has been experimenting for some years with the blendof his white wines and in 2007 he feels he has just about got it right. 40%Grenache Blanc and 20% each of Roussanne, Clairette and Bourboulenc allow thiswhite Châteauneuf du Pape wine to strike a fine balance between thetraditional and the new, and its honey and beeswax texture is perfectlycomplemented by the lemon grass acidity on the finish.
