Domaine Ramonet 'Clos de la Boudriotte' Chassagne-Montrachet 2010
This is an unusual representation of pinot noir from the famous chardonnay appellation which includes part of Le Montrachet, itself!Domaine Ramonet's Chassagne-Montrachet Clos de La Boudriotte is a wine that Noel Ramonet likes to call the 'Ramonet-Conti.' [We forgive the pun.] Powerful and full with strong expressions of black cherry and cassis, this wine is fine now but will take some cellaring if you have the patience.

An elegant style, linear and defined, offering apple, grapefruit, butterscotch and mineral flavors intertwined with a vibrant structure. Stretches out on the long finish, with a touch of nut oil.
