Domaine Ponsot Bourgogne Cuvée du Pinson 2010

Winemaker's Notes:

90-93 points Fine Wine Review: The good news is that one needn’t pay the fortune for the grands crus to get an idea of the exceptional quality of Ponsot’s wines: it is evident already in the Bourgogne. The wine is smooth with lots of dark plum fruit and amazing complexity for a Bourgogne. (Issue #134; 2011)

Domaine Ponsot:
Domaine Ponsot wines are traditional wines and our production methods stay away from modern trends. This is a conscious choice we have made, rather than something that stems from an occult belief in what is known today as 'non-interventionism'.

Bright ruby. Fresh and lively. Clear cut, precise finish. Lightly earthy. Jancis Robinson. A Pinot Noir wine from Burgundy in France. 2010 Ponsot, Domaine Bourgogne Cuvee du Pinson 750ml
