Food Pairings for Domaine Piétri-Géraud Collioure
This charming Muscat de Riversaltes is known as a Vin Doux Naturel (a ratherconfusing nomenclature as it is not in point of fact natural, having beenfortified by a process known as 'mutage') and is made from mainly Muscat Blancà Petits Grains but also a little Muscat d'Alexandre. This wine haselegance and a balletic turn, in the manner of its creator. (Simon Field MW, BBR Buyer)
