Leon Stolarski Fine Wines says: Complex aromas combining honey, apple and citrus. Smoky, floral and liquorice notes add yet more dimensions to another complex wine. The palate is again rich and savoury, full of fruit and still with that lovely streak of citrus acidity and minerality. The oak tannins from the barrel fermentation add yet more depth and complexity. An extremely elegant wine, there is layer upon layer of interest here, which can only be enhanced by another year or two in bottle, although it is already drinking really well. Another brilliant wine from Laeticia Pietri and a Gold Medal winner at the 2010 Paris Show.
