Big nose of blackberry and dark cherry. A rather new world style, with notes of blackberry/cherry/licorice, good gripping tannins, and a bit of black pepper on the finish. A blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre.

This has good ripeness for the vintage, with juicy plum and blackberry fruit laced with mesquite and graphite notes. Fine length. Drink now.

This offers lots of aromatic spice, mulled raspberry and melted licorice notes, laced with black tea and sweet spice hints. Features lingering dark fruit on the finish. Drink now through 2012.
