From a classic vintage, the 2011 Autard is leaner and more vibrant than in years past, with lush spice and bright acidity leading the way. Sour cherry and currant notes dominate initially, while the blackberry and cherry cola flavors round out the finish. Serve with pork chops, burgers or light pastas.
