- An intense black fruit nose cut with nuances of earth, underbrush and a lovely hint of anise leads to surprisingly robust flavors underpinned by prominent tannins and a solid acid backbone. There is good length and this is really quite stylish if not necessarily particularly dense. A very solid effort and this seems to be relatively elegant for Nuits.
