Domaine Marchand Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes 2010
Chambolle-Musigny is one of the great villages of Burgundy that make some of the most elegant, refined Pinot Noir wines in the world. Domaine Marchand is a small producer that is a hidden gem, and offers this Vieilles Vignes "old vines" 2010 Domaine Marchand Chambolle-Musigny at a great value. Pretty aromas of violets, and juicy flavors of raspberries and cherries. This is a medium-bodied well-made Chambolle which has crisp acidity. It has a silky texture and a long, pure and expressive finish.
RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
