Med golden color. Youthful to developing nose with a medium intensity of tropical fruit aromas. Dry, with crisp acidity and medium body and alcohol. Medium intensity of minerals, spice, almonds and apricot. Long length.

Well balanced with a complex flavour structure. I would love to drink this with a meal of choucroute. Ready to drink but can age for 10 or more years.
