Whites: Note: co-labeled as Domaine de la Vierge Romaine A pretty and sophisticated red pinot fruit nose nuanced by hints of underbrush and earth lead to moderately firm barely middle weight flavors that offer good punch and freshness though the finish is slightly dry with a distinct dusty quality to the backend structure. This would best be drunk with food if you're tempted to try one now - otherwise let it sleep for 2 to 3 years.
