Domaine Louis Moreau Petit Chablis Villages 2010

Member Review by Christy Canterbury MW:

Petit Chablis comes from lesser sites around Chablis. It’s lighter in body and concentration, but it still demonstrates the region’s terroir. It does so here with a stunning intensity of granite, flint and grapefruit aromas. The finish is brief, but the wine is pleasurable and available for a song. Drink up.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
