Good, bright red-ruby. Superb expression of terroir on the nose: dark cherry, minerals, game and musky earth. Then silky, sappy and pure, with reverberating fruit perfectly framed by ripe acidity and strong minerality. Very dense, sweet and full but ... Stephen Tanzer's IWC.
