Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

User Reviews for Domaine Leflaive Chevalier-Montrachet

Winemaker's Notes:

"The initial hints of supremely elegant white flower and limestone notes
lead to sweet, pungently mineral, ultra precise middle weight flavors that
offer simply incredible focus with an almost painfully intense, stunningly long
finish. All of those genuinely wonderful characteristics noted, and they are
indeed superb, I don't see this as obviously better than the Bâtard. Yes, there
is a bit more elegance but there is less power as well. It's frankly a
choice." 93-95/100 points Burghound.com (Jul 04)
