This small Domaine is located in the area of Comte Tolosan near Toulouse in South West France. This area has a hot Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influences (cold and humid nights) ideal for the production of crisp white wines. Grapes : Sauvignon Blanc 100% Maker : Catherine Delaunay Region : South of France / Vin de Pays du Comte Tolosan Notes : Citrus and tropical fruits on the nose with notes of Sauvignon herbaceousness. Well flavoured on the palate, with a round and fresh finish. Serve : Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled fish or goats cheese. Serve cool at 12-14°C. Best enjoyed as young as possible. ABV : 12%
