Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Comes to life after 10 min. Firm at first, followed by jam-like flavor and a brief floral burst, then an anonymous finish, with a mild spiciness all around. Watery, with mild tannins.

Wine Tasting NotesBlend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes. A lovely deep pink hue. The nose is floral, with a touch of aniseed and brown sugar. Very rich, balanced, caramel, toffee on the palate.
