Domaine la Millière Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2005
This full-bodied red wine comes from the southern Rhône. This traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape is an amazing value. It's full of dark plum flavors, black pepper spice with an unbelievable velvet texture. Winemaker Michel Arnaud is the 5th generation on the domaine.Add winemaker's notes
Close by the ancient city of Orange, Domaine La Millière is located in the northern part of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation in Cabrières. Nestled amidst unspoilt nature where the vine is queen, La Millière is home to the fifth generation of a family in which the profession of winegrower has been passed down from father to son.
RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
