Grape Variety : 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% MerlotType of wine : Dry RedTasting notes : Black-reddish color. Dense, ripe and generous. A sensuous mouthful of blackberry, black currant and raspberry. Tannins are well integrated. Full-bodied with a lingering graphite edge to the finish where fruit takes an encore.Technical information : Hand harvest, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration for 18-23 days.Malolactique fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Evolution in French oak barrels ( 50% new barrel, 50% one year barrel), for 12-18 months. Then, a light wine clarification and bottling without filtration. One year and a half of cellar ageing before releasing on the market. - Winery ** Please Allow 2-3 Weeks Delivery Time **
