Food Pairings for Domaine Jean-Louis Chave St. Joseph Offerus
Garnet-red colour tinged with brick. Classic syrah nose - plum, cherry, spicy. Well-balanced with good structure. The flavours show varietal character and the finish lingers with delicate spice.
smooth, warm, full bodied...loved it
