Domaine Jacques Prieur Echezeaux 2015

Winemaker's Notes:

"Dark, bright red-ruby. Captivating subtle perfume of red berries, peony and spices, plus a whiff of tobacco. Thirst-quenching, saline wine (the pH is a moderate 3.4) with outstanding intensity but a magically light touch to its slightly wild flavors of black and blue fruits, minerals, menthol and mint framed by pungent juicy acidity. Finishes with outstanding rising length and lift. It's hardly the first time that this wine from the lieu-dit Les Champs Traversins has stood out in the Domaine Prieur line-up. This wine should easily last for 25 years." - Stephen Tanzer, Vinous *(94-96 Points)*
