Domaine Girard la Garenne Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

This wine is everything one hopes for when thinking about Sancerre: it is bright lively pleasantly aromatic has zippy acidity but low astringency. It is a wonderful food wine that is as versatile as it is easy to drink. Wine Spectator on the 2004 Vintage (90 pts): Nice bony style with chive sweet pea lime and mineral flavors rippling through a lengthy finish. Juicy acidity brings you back for more.
