Emmanuel Giboulot, whose first vintage was 1985 and now emphasizes a biodynamic approach to viticulture across the 10 ha of vineyards he works, said that he did not need to correct for anything in 2003, explaining that because of the methods we use, our vines naturally find what they need. Was there stress in the vineyards in a vintage like this? Of course. However, I am convinced that Nature will find a way if you just let it.
