Domaine Duseigneur Lirac Antares 2011

Member Review by Erica Landin:

A light, fresh easy drinking wine by biodynamic Rhone producer Domaine Duseigneur dominated by the cinsault grape variety. It's fruity with good acidity and not much tannin. I would serve this chilled (14C/cellar temperature) in summer with a salad or cut meats.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
