Very tasty Chateauneuf with tons of fruit and underneath a serious tannin structure which will (hopefully) carry this wine a long time. Beautiful now, on the fruit, but I am sure it will even be better in 10 years

The 2009 Chateauneuf du Pape (80% Grenache and the rest Mourvedre, Syrah and Cinsault aged in cement) exhibits damp earth, smoky Provencal herb, pepper, kirsch and black currant notes. Lusty and heady with lots of spice, this is a fragrant wine with ... Robert Parkers Wine Advocate. A Proprietary Blend wine from Rhone in France. 2009 Domaine Durieu Chateauneuf du Pape 750ml

The 2009 Chateauneuf du Pape is a completely different blend (80% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre, and the rest Syrah and Cinsault), but again aged 100% in cement tanks. A very traditional, yet pretty style, the 2009 Domaine Durieu Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a completely cemented aged blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre, and 5% Cinsault. Showing fresh, perfumed, and straight-up Provencal aromas of spice-laced ... Rhone Report, The. A Proprietary Blend wine from Rhone in France. 2009 Domaine Durieu Chateauneuf du Pape 750ml

The Grenache is aged in concrete vats, and the Syrah and Mourvedre spend time in small b... Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. A blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah and Mourvedre, the 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape Lucille Avril receives the same upbringing as the regular cuvee, but is made from some of the estate's oldest vines. Even better post-bottling, its saturated ruby/purpl... Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. A Proprietary Blend wine from Rhone in France. 2007 Domaine Durieu Cuvee Lucile Avril 750ml
