This wine is a story born in 1998 and re-edited for 2000. It is a return to the symphony of the 13 grape varieties of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, each of which was considered to bring in their own register, a different gustatory note to the wine. (As each note of the partition by the famous jazz composer D. Piestrup is part of the finished song). Selected from the oldest fields where the 13 varieties were always planted side by side, the wine is still in the large wooden casks where it has seemingly stopped its evolution and is giving nothing away.
